Amund is one of the Longtail trolls who is seldom to be seen in Trollhufsa village. The reason is quite simple – he is in the humans’ village. He is a very technically inclined troll, and becomes dumbstruck with happiness when he is allowed to strut around studying the humans’ electric arrangements. Amund particularly likes computers, and likes to lie in wait nearby to see how they are used.

After some time he has become something of an expert on these arrangements, and likes to push buttons and tug on cables here and there, in case a computer needs help getting going. Unfortunately, on a couple of occasions he has been seen by humans, and since then they have blamed him when computer trouble occurs. Amund’s tail is able to produce small electric lightning flashes, which he uses among other things to start bonfires. Or to jump-start computers. |
